About, huh? Ok. We hike, walk, jog, and run and shit… 🙂
So right now we’re both training for a half marathon. I’m panda, and every Saturday Debbie and I go on unique hikes exploring new parts of New York City on foot. Sometimes we run sometimes we take it slow. For me hiking, jogging, walking, and running whether solo or with a good buddy is like therapy. We chat, joke, talk, yell, see and experience pockets of New York City that as a New Yorker I’ve never experienced by walking from neighborhood to neighborhood as the day goes from morning to noon and into evening as we push ourselves through those 15-20 miles.
